The Tramore Guild of the ICA has a long-standing reputation for their dedication to supporting the local community, and their recent donation of €400 to Tramore Sea Rescue's fundraising drive is truly commendable. It's great to see such acts of kindness and generosity making a tangible impact on organizations like the Sea Rescue. Community support like this not only provides vital financial assistance but also serves as a morale booster for the volunteers who dedicate their time and effort to serving others. Please convey our gratitude to the fabulous ladies of the ICA for their continued contributions to the well-being of the community.

This year’s St Patrick’s Day Tramore parade was surely the biggest and best. The weather was brilliantly sunny and with the many hundreds of children marching, it was such a joy to behold. The new route, viewed by huge numbers of Tramore people and visitors, who came out in their droves, from the Canon’s Field to Old Waterford Road, then passing by the end of St Otteran’s Terrace and Kennedy Park, going on past the Racecourse Roundabout, on to the GAA Roundabout and finally across to the Majestic Hotel, where all the participating clubs and organisations were reviewed from the stand. A huge buala bos to the organisers and many others that ensured the parade was an overwhelming success. Gura maith agaibh go léir.
This year, the St Patrick’s Day parade was simply outstanding. The Juvenile, Camogie Club and our Ladies Gaelic Football Club marched in unison, in huge numbers, all kitted out in their Club Tops and wearing the Irish colours as well. What a wonderful sight. Thanks to all our young marchers, and to their coaches and managers, who had everything organised to a tee. Well done and thanks to you all.
Vincent's living furniture shop is opening very soon, and we are looking for volunteers that can assist our driver in picking up donations of furniture for our new shop.
