Colm was a champion of the Irish Cancer Society and raised substantial money for this worthy cause before his untimely passing in April, 2023. This 5km run/walk in his memory will continue this great work with all proceeds from the event donated to the society. Riddle of the Week:

Last week’s riddle was: A window cleaner is cleaning a window on the 25th floor of a skyscraper when all of a sudden he slips and falls. He has no safety equipment and nothing to soften his fall and yet he is not hurt. How can this be?

Answer: He was inside, cleaning the inside of the windows.

This week’s riddle is: A limo driver is going the wrong way down a one way street. He goes past four Garda Síochána along the way, yet none of them stop him. One even smiled and waved. Why didn’t the Gardaí stop him?

Answer in this column next week.
