From the Archive: Fire service retirement in '90, art collection opening and much more in photos
Pictured at Dooley's Hotel back in 1990 to mark the retirement of James Gaule from the Waterford Fire Service, F. O'Connor, E. Smith, M.Kelly, Tony Gleeson, M. O'Keeffe, Janes Gaule, R. Upton and R. Purcell.
Staff photographer, Joe Evans, is going to look back through the archives of Waterford News & Star to compile galleries of photos from Waterford's past.
Photos will also appear in the forthcoming print edition of the newspaper and also online here at waterford-news.ie.
