It's another busy weekend for Waterford inter-county teams with no less than three panels representing in provincial and national action.

After a win and a draw in their opening two Munster Senior Hurling Championship games against Cork and Tipperary, Davy Fitzgerald's senior hurlers travel to Cusack Park in Ennis on Sunday knowing that a win will almost certainly see them into the All-Ireland Championship and could very well be enough to book a place in a Munster Final.

Former All-Star full-back, Conor Prunty, has lost his fitness race to be fit for this game and he will be replaced by De La Salle's Jack Fagan, who will come in at right-half back with Passage's Mark Fitzgerald reverting to full-back. This is the only change from the starting team that drew with Tipperary last time out in Walsh Park. Conor Ryan of Roanmore comes onto the bench in place of Fagan. The Waterford team in full is:

Brian Lohan and his selectors have also just announced the Clare team and it shows just one change from the team that defeated Cork in their last Munster SHC outing in Pairc Uí Chaoimh. Wolfe Tones' Darragh Lohan comes in at midfied in place of Cian Galvin. The team in full is:

Before all that, Paul Shankey's Déise footballers are back in Tailteann Cup action when they entertain Kildare in Fraher Field on Saturday at 5pm. The men in white and blue put up a good display away to Leitrim last weekend and they will be hoping for more of the same against one of the favourites for this competition.

Shankey and his selectors make one change from the Leitrim game with Rathgormack's James Power coming in at full-forward in place of Waterford's goalscoring hero against Clare, Tom O'Connell.

Ever reliable midfielder, Rathgormack's Michael Curry, will make his 100th appearance for Waterford in this game. The Waterford team in full is:

The Waterford minor footballers are in action in the All-Ireland MFC Preliminary Quarter-Final tomorrow (Saturday) when they travel to Offaly's Centre of Excellence to take on the home county. Paul Power and his selectors team is as follows:
