Ballyduff retain their crown with five-star show

On the 23rd of October 2024, the Roinn B Eastern Football Final took place, between two great teams as Ballyduff and Presentation went head to head with Ballyduff coming out on top when the final The first half was tough as the weather conditions were not great with Ballyduff playing against the wind. Having played Presentation and beaten them, it was clear from the start of this game that this game would be different. However, we worked very well as a team and managed to get four points on the scoreboard, from Hannah Larkin and Ava Dooley, before the whistle blew for half-time.

Presentation started the second half with a bang as they kicked two lovely goals into the top corner within the first five minutes, putting them ahead on the scoreboard. Ballyduff responded quickly, with Ava Dooley kicking a lovely point over the bar, followed by a fantastic goal from Dolly-Anne White.

Hannah Larkin buried a goal to the net before 2-1 from Dolly-Ann White, 1-2 from Ava Dooley saw Ballyduff run out comfortable winners at the call of time to retain their title.
