Some Waterford students hit the big screen recently, as they saw their project showcased before their very eyes in Garter Lane.
The sixth class students from Gaelscoil Philib Barún left their legacy in the primary school, through the art of film and performance, as they move on to their next chapter in secondary school.
Coinnle le Lasadh, filmed in Tramore, is based on a WWI love story.
It's the first time the school has ever aired a film as such and the screening of Coinnle le Lasadh (with the help of Múinteoir Ben Mac Caoilte) is a tribute to those involved in the project, which also happens to be an All-Ireland winning play.
