UPDATE: Road cleared following collision on N25

Gardaí have confirmed a road collision on the N25 between New Ross and Waterford. 

The collision is understood to have occurred this afternoon Tuesday August 4 involving two cars near Sliverue. 

Emergency services attended the scene and traffic diversions were put in place.

However, the road has since been cleared and traffic is travelling as normal once again.
