Smoke fills Waterford City from Ard Rí fire
Waterford City residents were concerned this evening as smoke filled the area from a fire at the derelict Ard Rí Hotel site.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a fire at the Ard Rí site this evening.
The smoke filled the city and could be seen by some spectators as far as the RSC while Waterford FC went to extra time at home to Athlone Town AFC.
The fire appears to have been brought under control, however the cause of the fire is unknown and no injuries have been reported.
