An elegant vista - Waterford News & Star photographer Joe Evans captured Waterford’s newly opened Clock Tower Plaza, with its ‘red carpet’, resplendent in the autumn sunshine.
The new public space includes beautiful seating areas alongside the majestic River Suir.
The plaza area connects the Clock Tower with the Sustainable Transport Bridge and North Quays, currently under development.
