Road to close in County Waterford
Main Street, Lismore will be closed temporarily
Waterford City and County Council has issued a notice informing members of the public of its intention to close a street in Lismore town.
The town's Main Street will be closed to through traffic from 12 noon to 7pm on Sunday, August 11.
In its notice the local authority said the closure, under Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, will be carried out to facilitate a street festival taking place in the town.
