Catherine was a wise woman with a loving heart, and devoted herself to being the best mother possible.

Her children were blessed by her nurturing nature, guidance and unconditional love.

A devoted wife to Paddy (predeceased October 2014), she missed and spoke about him everyday, regaling stories about the laughs they had, their ballroom dancing days and their foreign holidays together.

Catherine loved dancing and had a great sense of rhythm. She was also a very stylish woman who loved her fashion and especially her high heels!

She adored her home and garden, spending an amazing amount of time on both to create a loving, beautiful space that all her family could share together.

Catherine was an amazing grandmother and great grandmother, who nurtured and treasured her time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her family and friends were very lucky to have this amazing woman in their lives, and she will always be remembered with love and gratitude.

"Thank You Mam for everything: your loving children, Sharon, Fiona, Owen and Eric."
