New women's shed launched in Waterford at community activity showcase

Residents and community groups gathered in Lisduggan Shopping Centre on July 23 to showcase the many activities taking place throughout the Parish Learning Neighbourhood.
Activities highlighted included a monthly book club, parent and toddler mornings and a free workshop on managing energy bills.
The event also marked the launch of a new Women's Shed, which has already generated significant interest from local women of all ages.
Organisers hope to host similar pop-up events every three months.
