Man in court over theft of beer keg from Waterford bar

A man appeared in Waterford District Court recently, over allegedly having stolen a beer keg from a popular bar in Waterford city.

41-year-old Kamil Luczak, who is of no fixed abode, is alleged to have stolen the keg from Tully’s Bar at 3:20am on May 25 of this year.

The stolen property is valued at €500.

Judge Darach McCarthy accepted jurisdiction to Waterford District Court.

The man was remanded until September 1, when the matter will be raised in court again.
