Man hospitalised following e-scooter collision in Waterford city
The accident occurred on the Cork Road in Waterford City
A man has been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision involving an E-Scooter this afternoon in Waterford City.
The incident occurred at approximately 5.30pm on June, 27, where emergency services attended the collision at the top of Bunker's Hill.
The man was travelling on an E-Scooter when the collision occurred and he was taken to University Hospital Waterford for treatment.
This is the second serious collision in less than 24 hours in Waterford involving E-Scooters. In a separate incident, in the early hours of this morning, two male teenagers were travelling on an E-Scooter when they collided with a bus. They have both since passed away.
