Local Link Waterford has confirmed that all of its services are operating as normal.
Some users on social media expressed concerns about rumours that some Local Link services have ceased due to fuel shortages.
However, a spokesperson for the service told the Waterford News and Star that there may be minor delays while vehicles refuel.
“Any delays exceeding 15 minutes will be communicated promptly via our Facebook page and website.
“To stay informed over the coming days, we advise passengers to regularly check our Facebook page or website for the latest updates,” said the spokesperson.
No cancellations had been posted to the Local Link Waterford Facebook page at the time of print.
However, the bus service posted yesterday that they do expect there may be some disruption and asked passengers to check their page before travelling.
