From the Archives: CARA erects a plaque, St Saviour's pre-school, money for old housing refurbishment and more
C.A.R.A. Combined Residents Association who erected a plaque to those who lost their lives in the Gaol Wall disester of 1943, included were, Michelle O'Neill, Bernie Colclough, ? and Walter O'Neill back in 1993.
Staff photographer, Joe Evans, is going to look back through the archives of Waterford News & Star to compile galleries of photos from Waterford's past.
Photos will also appear in the forthcoming print edition of the newspaper and also online here at waterford-news.ie.
