Fresh plans lodged for apartments at former Masons premises
Masons on Manor Street in Waterford City
Causeway Hospitality Limited has submitted plans to construct apartments at the former Mason’s Bar/Nightclub premises on Manor Street.
A similar application which was submitted by Causeway last month was subsequently marked ‘Incomplete’ by Waterford City and County Council.
The fresh plans which were lodged on Friday last, outline intentions to construct an additional floor of four residential apartments, consisting of 2 one-bed units, 1 two-bed units and one studio unit.
A decision is expected from the local authority by October 23.
