Apartments being planned at former Masons premises
Masons on Manor Street in Waterford City
Planning application has been submitted for the alteration of the former Mason’s Bar/Nightclub premises into apartments.
Causeway Hospitality Limited submitted the application this week, which seeks to construct a total of 15 apartments.
Five residential apartments are planned at first floor level, 3 one-bed apartments and 2 two-bed apartments.
6 one-bed residential apartments are planned on the second floor.
The construction of an additional floor of apartments at roof level is planned, which will consist of 2 one-bed apartments, 1 two-bed apartment and one studio apartment.
The local authority will decide whether or not to grant permission for the application by September 10.
