Two events will take place in County Waterford in the coming weeks in support of Dunmore East RNLI.

On Thursday, March 13, the CEO and founder of GIY, Michael Kelly, will be hosting an information evening based around all things vegetable and growing it yourself.

The event will take place at 8pm in the Dunmore East RNLI lifeboat station.

It promises to be a great opportunity for growers of all levels to join the discussion and pick up useful and handy tips and ideas about growing vegetables at home and getting the most out of them.

Everyone is welcome to attend and the event will be free of charge, however, donations will be very much appreciated.

A second event will take place on Tuesday, March 25, when the Dunmore East RNLI fundraising branch hold their Annual General Meeting.

That will also take place in the lifeboat station at 7pm

The Dunmore East RNLI Fundraising Branch's Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 25, at 7pm in the Lifeboat station. New members are always welcome to join the team and while the event will be open to everyone to attend those interested in getting involved are particularly encouraged to go along on the night.
