Eunice Power honoured with prestigious 'Movers & Shakers' award
Eunice was recognised as one of the country's leading food ambassadors.
Congratulations are in order for culinary dynamo Eunice Power after she was formally honoured with the Georgina Campbell ‘Movers & Shakers’ Award 2025.
The Dungarvan chef, restauranter and Waterford Festival of Food co-founder was recognised as one of the Ireland's leading culinary ambassadors.
The award is a significant achievement and mark of respect for Eunice and her years of dedication to her craft.
The Georgina Campbell Awards is an independent food and hospitality body that recognises people who are forging their own path on the culinary landscape.
Georgina Campbell described Eunice as "a powerhouse of energy and creativity… A true ambassador for Dungarvan and Irish food, Eunice Power continues to inspire with her vision, hard work and integrity – a true Mover & Shaker if ever there was one. The region – and Ireland – is lucky to have her.”
After being awarded, Eunice said: "It’s an honour to be recognised in this way by Georgina Campbell, whose commitment to supporting Irish food and hospitality has been such a guiding light for our industry. This award really belongs to everyone who has supported me along the way – from our incredible local suppliers and producers to the team at …AndChips, the wonderful community in Dungarvan that makes the Waterford Festival of Food such a joy to be part of, and of course, my family."
This coming November, Eunice is set to release her first cookbook, titled 'My Irish Kitchen Table', which will bring together all her wisdom, recipes and expertise on Irish produce.
Georgina added: "Eunice’s career spans decades of innovation in Irish food. After many years running the much-loved Powersfield House restaurant, she expanded into outside catering and weddings, before spotting a gap in the market and launching …AndChips in 2019.
