Danish store 'Normal' coming to Waterford City
It is understood that the Normal store will be located on Great George's Street.
In a rare bit of positive retail news, Danish store chain Normal is setting up shop in Waterford City centre.
Business page 'Waterford City Centre' revealed the news earlier today (Thursday September 17) in an online post, writing: "News coming in the NORMAL -the Danish Beauty shop favoured by influencers is coming to Waterford city centre."
The shop sells 'normal' products, including beauty supplies and home furnishings, at low prices á la Flying Tiger or Søstrene Grene.
There are a number of Normal stores throughout Ireland but this new arrival will be the first for the South East.
The store is expected to be based in Great George's Court Shopping Centre.
The chain is currently advertising for the role of store manager for the Waterford outlet.
