Appeal for information in search for missing Waterford man

An search is ongoing for Steven O'Connor

An appeal for information has been made in relation to a search for a man missing in Waterford since Wednesday, May 14.

Waterford Marine Search & Rescue issued an appeal on its Facebook social media page relating to Steven O'Connor who was seen leaving University Hospital Waterford that day at around 10.30pm.

Mr O'Connor was last ween passing the Lock Doctor's premises and heading in the direction of the Uluru premises Aldi supermarket.

When last seen he was wearing a grey hoody, jeans and white runners.

An appeal has been made in particular to any taxis or motorists who may have been in that area around that time to check their dash cam footage.

If anyone does have any information on Mr O'Connor's whereabouts they are asked to contact Waterford Gardaí on 051 305300 or 086 0844936 / 087 3515681

Residents in the Dunmore Road area are also asked to check around their properties and the support and help of the public is very much appreciated.
