It's after the first confirmed sighting of an Asian hornet in Northern Ireland.

Councillors in Dungarvan were raising concerns about weeds and untidiness in and around the town

The Asian hornet feeds on native bees and wasps, damaging biodiversity.

The black-tailed skimmer dragonfly was spotted by volunteers at the Bog Meadows Nature Reserve in west Belfast.

Allowing grass to grow in some areas encourages native wildflower seed to germinate and spread creating meadows in Ireland.
