'It's an absolute gem' - upgrade of Waterford quay approved to improve kayaking access

Councillors have approved a Part 8 proposal to upgrade Villierstown Quay. The project aims to improve access to the Blackwater for kayaking. Several councillors at the March meeting of the Dungarvan-Lismore District Council welcomed the proposal.
