The unique double decker bus is now on sale for €50,000.

The one-of-kind Tramore Eco Bus vehicle has just came on the market, priced at €50,000.

The 'Dervla Decker' bus was lovingly restored and converted from a former Dublin Bus model by couple Mark Graham and Ellie O'Byrne. The bus sleeps up to six people and includes one king-size double bed, two single beds and two bunks.

According to the web listing, the bus has storage heaters upstairs and a wood burning stove downstairs, which provide "ample heat for year-round living". Fully insulated, the bus is plumbed for kitchen and shower, and fed by a 100 litre electric water tank. It includes an electric and water hook-up, and a cassette toilet, allowing the mobile and running bus accommodation to be planning exempt.

The price includes kitchen utensils, bed linen - basically "everything that’s in her", said the current owners. "Delivery to your gate can be arranged," they added.

In late 2023, the pair were operating the double-decker bus as an Air B&B, which garnered widespread attention from national and local news outlets. Now, they are selling her on to help fund an 'around the world' cycling trip.

According to Mark: "It breaks our hearts to let her go, but we’re selling Dervla Dekker, our converted bus home. She’s part of a greater plan to help us realise a life-long dream of cycling around the world."
