The Lodges

Exciting progress is evident at the Lodges Development (formerly Flynn's Pub site), with the reopening of the entrance to Marymount slightly delayed but underway. Builders are currently in the final stages of the project, focusing on second fixing, signalling the nearing completion of the works. Scheduled for completion in July, the development comprises 14 dwellings, including 6 two-bedroom, two-storey duplex units, 6 one-bedroom units, and 2 one-bedroom single-storey units with potential for wheelchair occupancy. Despite a 13-month timeline since the builders commenced work, the community anticipates the positive impact of the completed project, especially for local businesses like Enzos Cafe & Deli.
