From the Archives: Sponsored cycle, WRTC upgrade, Bertie smiles in good company and more

Staff photographer, Joe Evans, is going to look back through the archives of Waterford News & Star to compile galleries of photos from Waterford's past.
Photos will also appear in the forthcoming print edition of the newspaper and also online here at waterford-news.ie.
