All Shook Up, September 3 to 6, Theatre Royal

From the team that brought you Crazy For You, Nunsense, Guys and Dolls, ENCORE and Anything Goes comes another musical production from Jack Cunningham Productions.

It’s 1955, and into a square little town in a square little state arrives a charismatic young man who rides on his motorcycle from town to town with a guitar on his back, blue suede shoes on his feet, and a song in his heart.

Repressed by their conservative mayor, the town begins to come alive once more under Chad’s influence.

Filled with laughs, love, and disguises, All Shook Up is loosely based on Shakespeare’s 'Twelfth Night'.

Combining 25 all-time favourite Elvis hits with a whole new story, this hip-swivelling, lip-curling musical fantasy delivers a message about breaking free from societal expectations, opening up to love, and the joy of embracing change.

With captivating choreography, magical music, colourful costumes and a live band.

Bagatelle, one of Ireland's most loved bands, have performed for over 40 years and achieved several No.1 Singles with iconic songs like 'Summer in Dublin', 'Second Violin' and 'Trump Card'.

They also have enjoyed multi-platinum and gold album sales with classic emigration songs like 'Streets of New York', 'Flight of the Earls' and 'Boston Rose', all written by front-man Liam Reilly. Sadly Liam passed away January 1, 2021.

Soon after, a decision was made by the remaining members of the band to go back on the road for special appearances with special guests to celebrate the life of Liam Reilly, his music and the Bagatelle legacy.
