Ultan Conlon Live, November 8, The Seantí 

Ultan Conlon brings his unique songwriting talent back to The Seantí, where he'll be accompanied by Miceal O'Connor and Jimmy Higgins.

Ultan anchored his distinctive sound and sensibility in Los Angeles, California with Grammy award-winning David Garza (Fiona Apple) who produced Ultan’s 5th record, The Starlight Ballroom.

Eight of Ultan’s singles have topped the RTÉ Radio 1 Airplay charts with current evocative and rhapsodic single “Paradise Lane” from his new album “The Starlight Ballroom” residing in the RTÉ recommends list for three consecutive weeks.

Harps Plus, November 9, Garter Lane Arts Centre 

This evening concert is a celebration of harp music with guests Alannah Thornburgh (harp) and Fiachra Meek (Uillean pipes), also known as the band ALFI, Waterford native and renowned musician Macdara Ó Faoláin, well-known Tramore-based harper Jill Devlin and the young harpers from Music Generation Waterford Harp Ensembles and programme.

An evening of song with Róisín O'Grady on voice and piano, performing modern, Christmas and Irish traditional favourites.

Soprano Róisín O’Grady has performed in recital and oratorio throughout Ireland and specialises in the performance of early music; Róisín has performed with early music ensembles, orchestras and choral societies throughout Ireland and the UK, including the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the Irish Baroque Orchestra and the Orchestra of St. Cecilia.
