Vitamin Sea Festival will take over Tramore this month

The fourth annual Vitamin Sea Festival will take place from September 20 to 22, throughout Tramore.

The weekend festival celebrates the unique blend of seaside life, culinary excellence, and wellness activities that make Tramore a must-visit destination.

Top attractions this year will include the opening night street party, self guided 'Taste Tour of Tramore', 'Ceílí at the Crossroads', 'Sunset Paddle and Pizza', at the Pier, and eco-rfiendly activities.

Organisers says it will offer a weekend of sea-inspired events, with a mix of ticketed, free, and spontaneous “pick up on the day” activities. 

Bernie Power, Vitamin Sea Festival Director and Taste Tramore Chairperson, said: “Combining the thriving seaside scene with its culinary attractions is more of a draw for many people. We see visitors locally, and also from across Ireland coming for the many attractions and delicious food.

“This year also introduces new experiences like Sunrise SUP and Breakfast, Surf and Yoga day retreat, Reckless Chef Kitchen Takeover, Forest Bathing and Morning Tea, Saki and Organic Wine Tasting, Whiskey Food Pairing with Mezze, outdoor movie screening beaches along with popular events like the cooking demos and walking tours."

Bernie went on to say that Tramore is celebrated as one of Ireland’s premier coastal destinations and is quickly gaining recognition for its world-class surf and wellness offerings and a thriving culinary scene.

She said: “From trendy beach cafes and Tramore-roasted coffee to award-winning bakeries, seafood restaurants, healthy delis and takeaways, authentic pizzas, and hidden beer garden kitchens, Tramore is transforming into a must-visit haven for food lovers.”
