Special dose of Ska and reggae to close out summer nights in Waterford venue
For this show, they will play their full tribute set to The Specials
The Haven Hotel in Dunmore East, in County Waterford will close out it’s series of 'Summer Nights', at its fantastic new venue on Friday, August 29, with a double bill of two brilliant ska and reggae cover bands.
Pontious Pilate & The Naildrivers are well known to Waterford audiences after several brilliant performances on the streets at Spraoi and Summer In The City.
For this show, they will play their full tribute set to The Specials, which they recently debuted at the Cork Ska & Reggae Festival. It's also the same show they are bringing to Electric Picnic.
Before them, Promises & Lies will bring their well regarded UB40 tribute to Waterford for the first time, playing all the massive hits and fan favourites you would have last heard live when Ali Campbell and the lads played Daytripper in 2017.

Before, between, and after the live sets, Waterford Ska Club DJs will keep people on the dancefloor with their bag full of classic ska and reggae tunes.
Early Bird tickets are sold out, however, general admission tickets are now available at thehavenhotel.com/events. Free buses will run back to the city after the gig on a first-come first-served basis.
