Wild weekend ahead for Waterford as Met Éireann issue weather warning

There will be a yellow weather warning in place for rain in Waterford from Friday.
The warning will be in place from 2pm on Friday, September 19, until midnight on Saturday.
Met Éireann has put the warning in place for Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford and Wicklow.
They said they expect heavy rain and the potential for localised flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
There is a second weather warning in place from midnight on Saturday until midnight on Sunday, also for heavy rain.
