A very special milestone within the world of the creative arts in County Waterford was celebrated at the weekend when a local community theatre celebrated its 20th anniversary.
The significant anniversary of Gealach Gorm Theatre, in Kill Community Centre, was marked with two nights of entertainment that brought together friends, supporters, and members of the local community.
The celebration featured a fantastic line-up of acts and featured music, storytelling, and drama.
"It was performed by local talent, all delivered with a genuine warmth and spirit," said one local.
Seamus O Rourke performed a spell binding version of John B Keane's, ‘Love Hungry Farmer’ on Friday night to a packed audience.
"The audience enjoyed the variety of acts with plenty of laughs included," said one of those involved in the celebrations.
"Thank you to everyone who came along, it was lovely to mark the occasion with you and to enjoy a night of creativity together," she added.
