MEP Grace O'Sullivan with competition winners and other guests on a tour of the European Parliament.

Students from across Ireland got a tour of the European Parliament with MEP Grace O'Sullivan.

The students had entered the ‘Found on the Ground’ competition, which raised awareness on the issue of plastic and packaging waste, an issue Ms O’Sullivan has been working on, on a European level through the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

Students collected litter, plastic waste and other discarded items from their hometowns and created art pieces out of them.
