Waterford council issue major update on the South Quay Plaza

Waterford County Council has announced that the South Quays Plaza will open in the coming days.
The council made the announcement on social media on Friday afternoon.
They said that there are a few small things to fix and so works are ongoing.
Temporary restrictions might have to be put in place, but the council say they are working to minimise disruption.
“Waterford City and County Council appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while these final works are completed and looks forward to seeing the South Quays Plaza become a welcoming and vibrant public amenity for all to enjoy,” wrote the council.
