Jordan and Cian Adams arrived in Waterford to complete their 24th marathon in 24 days.
The ‘FTD brothers’ have so far raised more than €1.5m to aid dementia research.
The two men have been diagnosed with a rare form of hereditary dementia that has ripped through their family, taking the lives of their mother and 11 other relatives.
Jordan Adams spoke to the about the mammoth challenge he is currently undertaking.
