Waterford singer, Glenn Murphy, launched his new solo album, 'Wintersong' in the Theatre Royal.
The stunning album is filled with some choice seasonal flavoured songs by some of the world's most formidable songwriters with Glenn putting his inimitable stamp on it.
Prior to the launch Glenn took time out to perform at the official launch of the Waterford News & Star, Christmas annual, 'Festive Star'.
That event also coincided with the launch of the second volume of photographs from Waterford's past, 'Colourful Memories of Waterford'.
The book, compiled by Waterford News & Star photographer, Joe Evans, featured a glittering array of images from the Déise county in times gone by. The book and 'Festive Star' are now available to buy from the Book Centre and also direct from our offices on Gladstone Street.
