Twenty-four hour orange rain warning issued for Waterford

Met Éireann has issued an orange rain warning for Waterford.
The warning will be in place from 3am on Thursday until 3am on Friday.
Flooding due to ground saturation, high tides and river levels is expected.
Travel conditions will also be difficult.
