Travel Alert: More bus cancellations as weather wreaks havoc on Waterford roads

A newly-expanded Local Link rural transport service is now connecting Ballyhaunis with villages over the border in County Roscommon, with weekly services into the town.
Local Link Waterford has announced more service cancellations this evening, January 7, 2025, due to the weather warning and poor road conditions.
Local Link says the following times are subject to change, and passengers should check Facebook for updates throughout the evening and tomorrow morning.
The 8pm service from Dungarvan and the 10pm service from Waterford have been cancelled.
Services are expected to resume as normal tomorrow if possible.
The 7.30pm service from Tramore and the 10pm service from Dungarvan have been cancelled.
Services will continue tomorrow morning as normal.
The 8.15pm from Ballinroad is cancelled, as is the 10.20pm service from Clonmel. Services tomorrow, Wednesday, January 8, will run as normal if possible - 357 Dungarvan to Youghal, the 9.30pm from Youghal and the 11pm service from Dungarvan are cancelled.
Services tomorrow morning, Wednesday, January 8, will run as normal if possible.

The first service on Wednesday will be at 8.30am from Fermoy The first service on Wednesday will be at 8.40am from Dungarvan.
The last bus leaving Tallow this evening (Tuesday) will be at 7pm.
The last bus leaving Dungarvan will be at 8.05pm.
All other services on this route have been suspended for the day. On Wednesday, the first bus to leave Tallow will be at 8am and the first bus to leave Dungarvan will 9.05am.
