Theft from TK Maxx in Waterford city
Last week, 19-year-old Peter Cica of 2 Holly Drive, Templars Hall, appeared in court charged with committing theft from TK Maxx, Poleberry.
It is alleged that the man stole clothing and various shop items amounting to a total value of €180.90.
He was charged with theft contrary to Section 4 of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act, 2001.
Judge William Aylmer accepted jurisdiction to Waterford District Court.
The matter will return to court in October.
