Road to close in Waterford for emergency works
The road will remain closed until September 22
A busy road in County Waterford is to close from today, Monday, September 8, for essential works to be carried out.
In a notice Waterford City & County Council stated that the R685 at Pickardstown Shrine, Tramore, will be closed from Monday, September 8, to Monday, September 22, to facilitate emergency drainage works.
There will be no through road during this period and local diversions will be signposted.
Waterford City & County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks road users for their cooperation.
