Alice (Lally) Doyle, nee Whelan, Cathal Brugha Street, who was called from this life on February 16. Her remains will be removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, on Wednesday, February 19, at 10:30am to Ballybricken Church. Burial will take place after mass, which will be celebrated on arrival, in St Otterans Cemetery.

Patrick (Paddy) Burke, Griffith Place, who passed away on February 15. His remains will be removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, on Tuesday, February 18 at 2pm to Holy Family Church. Burial will take place after requiem mass, which will be celebrated on arrival at St Otterans Cemetery.

Patrick (Paddy) Murphy, Ferrybank, who died on February 15. His remains were removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, at 10:30am on Monday, February 17, to the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity. Burial will take place after requiem mass, which was celebrated on arrival, at Faithlegg Cemetery.

Margaret (Peggy) Stokes, nee Carey, College Street, who was called from this life on February 14. Her remains will be removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home at 11am on Tuesday, February 18, to the Holy Family Church. Burial will take place after requiem mass which was celebrated on arrival, in St Otterans Cemetery.

Mary Collins, nee Flavin, Ballybeg, who passed away on February 14. Her remains were removed from Tom Hennessey’s Funeral Home, Johnstown, on Monday, February 17 at 11am to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Fenor. Burial will take place after requiem mass, which was celebrated, on arrival, in Kilbarry Cemetery.

Mary Kelly nee Fardey, Ferrybank, who died on Thursday, February 13. Her remains were removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, at 11am, on Sunday, February 16, to St Saviours Church, Ballybeg. Burial took place after requiem mass, which was celebrated on arrival, in Butlerstown Cemetery.

Phyllis Curtin, nee Foley, Grange, who was called from this life on February 12. Her remains were removed from Tom Hennessy’s Funeral Home on Monday, February 17 at 1pm to the Sacred Heart Church, The Folly. Burial took place after requiem mass, which was celebrated on arrival, in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.

Waterford County 

Breda (B) Fitzgerald, Mullinavat, who passed away on Sunday, February 16. Her remains will be removed from her home to St James Church, Glenmore, on Tuesday, February 18. Burial will take place after requiem mass, which will be celebrated on arrival, in the adjoining cemetery.

Rita Redmond, nee Mccarthy, Tallow, who died on February 13. Her remains were removed from Greencloyne, Youghal, on Saturday, February 15 at 11:30am to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, The Strand, Youghal. Burial took place after funeral mass, which was celebrated on arrival, in North Abbey Cemetery, Youghal.

John Duggan, Rathgormack, who was called from this life on Tuesday, February 11. His remains were removed from Walsh’s Funeral Home, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir, on February 14 at 11am to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Rathgormack. Burial took place after requiem mass, which was celebrated, on arrival, in the adjoining cemetery.

Mary (Maura) O’Donnell-O’Rourke, Lismore, who passed away on February 11. Her remains were removed from her home on Friday, February 14, at 12pm to St Mary’s Church, Cappoquin. Burial took place after funeral mass, which was celebrated on arrival, in St Declan’s Cemetery.
