Plans submitted to change popular Tramore bar and restaurant
The Esquire in Tramore
Planning application has been submitted to convert part of The Esquire Bar and Restaurant in Tramore to a residential dwelling.
Internal construction works are planned to the ground and first floors to convert into a self-contained dwelling unit.
Front elevational changes are also planned, comprising of a new front door and windows.
Changes will also be made to the balcony at the rear of the first floor.
Waterford City and County Council are due to decide on the application by February 14.
