On the upper ground floor, there will be 3 one-bed units and 1 two-bed unit.
Planned on the first floor are 3 one-bed units and 1 two-bed.
The works will involve re-fenestration of the existing elevations to accommodation a new layout and the addition of balconies at the upper levels.
Proposed works also include the removal of an existing prefabricated classroom building from the site, alterations and adjustments of existing site boundaries and the conversion of an existing outbuilding to a bin store.
A bike store, bulk storage and on-site parking will be developed.
