New trails announced at famed Waterford gardens

Mount Congreve Gardens has a new Summer Nature Trail on offer for families, where children can identify wild animals, murals, try carbon tracing features and more.
The trail follows the recent announcement that the gardens have created a Kids Ambassador Role. The Kids Ambassador will be on hand to assist with inquiries and orientation, and to share knowledge on where to have the most fun across the estate.
The first Kid’s Ambassador to take up the position is Lauren Maher, who knows the gardens inside out, having spent many years exploring them with her dad Pat Maher, who is celebrating 36 years of tenure at Mount Congreve.
