You’re warmly invited to a seminar designed to offer hope, compassion, and practical tools for navigating dark days.
The event will feature a number of guest speakers and those behind the event are encouraging people to go along and hear from a range of expert voices who will bring both wisdom and compassion to the seminar.
The speakers will include: Dr Ivonne Pozerski, Consultant Psychiatrist, Janaina Pahaim, Clinical Psychologist, Colin Holmes, Pastor, Author, and former Community Pharmacist.
The event will enable people to gain practical help for mental well-being and explore ways to apply insights to real-life situations through case studies and discussions.
However, those in attendance will also be able to learn how to support their own well-being and how to walk alongside and support others who are struggling.
This seminar is aimed at anyone who might benefit, whether for personal growth or to better support someone close to them.
Refreshments will be provided.
