Mayor and Garda join forces at the kicking stone in Waterford

The Waterford Metropolitan Mayor, Cllr Lola O'Sullivan teamed up with Garda Mark Gavin to pose for a photo at the weekend at the newly unveiled kicking stone on the Tramore Promenade in County Waterford.

In a social media post Waterford Gardaí noted that Gda Gavin is more accustomed to ultra-marathons but decided to adopt a walking approach that day - in between patrols on his garda mountain bike.

The kicking stone unveiling coincided with the Vitamin Sea Festival taking place all weekend.
