Lucky entry for Waterford woman as diary found by good Samaritan

It was a case of a lucky entry for the diary owner after it fell from the car roof
It was a case of a very lucky entry for a Waterford woman recently when her prized diary was found by a good Samaritan, after it fell from the roof of her car.
The incident occurred in Dunmore East and the person who found the diary handed it in to Dunmore East Library. When handing it in the person who retrieved it said it appear to come off or out of a passing car.
Unfortunately, there was no name or contact information in the diary, however, in their online post Dunmore East Library stated: "Hi all, this brown moleskine diary was found on the side of the road by Azzurro. There is no name or contact info on the first page. It was dropped into me here in Dunmore East Library by the person who found it who said it came off/out of a car driving past, maybe someone forgot they had placed it on the roof."
Thankfully, that post caught the attention of the owner who stated: "It's mine! Thank God! Put it on the roof when I was putting my baby in the car."
The owner also expressed gratitude to the person who handed it in, commenting "Thank you to the kind person who turned it in x."
