Local funk star TOUCAN announces gig in Waterford City's Bank Lane

Tramore's rising funk star TOUCAN has announced a Waterford date on his summer tour across the United Kingdom and Ireland. TOUCAN will be playing a gig at Bank Lane in Waterford City on May 10.
Born Conor Clancy, TOUCAN is a pop, funk, and soul artist from Tramore and a rising star in the music industry. His debut single, 'We Fell for Miles' was a viral sensation accumulating nearly three million Spotify streams from listeners across the world.
Featuring in the Top 10 on Spotify's 'Viral 50 - Ireland' rankings and breaking into the iTunes Singles Top 30, TOUCAN began to build a growing cult following in Ireland, the UK, Australia and North America.
TOUCAN has toured across the United Kingdom and Ireland, playing sold-out shows in venues such as Whelans and The Academy in Dublin, and The Islington in London.
Clancy's Spring Tour is starting in Waterford on May 10, before the UK leg of the tour, with the final date in Dublin on May 23.

He opened and performed alongside a series of well-known artists such as James Blunt, Nile Rodgers, St. Paul & The Broken Bones.
TOUCAN also performed at Electric Picnic, the Cork Jazz Festival and Meltdown.
On the night, the doors will open at 8pm with the show starting at 9pm. Tickets can be purchased for the gig at Bank Lane for €22.50.
