Featured guest speakers include teen activist Cara Darmody and disability advocate and National Volunteer Award winner, Michelle Cullinane
Autism Friendly Waterford, in partnership with the Waterford Disability Network, has announced that the Include Us All Community Awareness and Inclusion Forum will take place in the Granville Hotel on Saturday, April 18.
The event aims to bring together organisations, groups, and individuals who support people with disabilities across Waterford and the surrounding areas.
The forum will provide an opportunity to celebrate inclusion, strengthen community connections, and share valuable information about supports, services, and initiatives available locally.
Featured guest speakers include teen activist Cara Darmody and disability advocate and National Volunteer Award winner, Michelle Cullinane.
In addition, Autism Friendly Waterford’s Young Ambassadors will share their perspectives and experiences, offering valuable insight into the importance of inclusive communities.
The forum will be hosted by Operations Officer at Waterford Chamber, Lynda Lawton, who will serve as MC for the event.
The event will take place from 2pm to 4pm, and members of the public are warmly invited to attend free of charge and learn more about the work being carried out across the community to support people with disabilities.
